Solar Panels Installed at Walnut Hill West Today!
Solar Panels Installed at Walnut Hill West Today! Wednesday, July 25, 2012 1260's first solar panels were installed today at Walnut Hill West - a 32-unit preservation project in West Philadelphia.  According to David Hahn, Director of Construction, this 15 KW system is estimated to produce 70-75% of the power for all common areas, including the community room, laundry facilities, office, and hallways. Walnut Hill West is registered under the LEED® for Homes™ Program. Construction is expected to wrap up in the next few months.
